Welcome to Express Metal Products' new online home. Here you can keep up-to-date with what we are working on, what services we provide and even get to know the people who work behind the scenes. But first, let's get acquainted. If you're not familiar with what we do at Express Metal Products here is a rundown of some of our services.

DESIGN AND PROGRAMMING
All customers can utilize our design and programming expertise to turn your sketch or idea into a working model. We use 3D interfaces including Solid Works and Autodesk Inventor. Alternatively, you can supply us with your own files in STEP, IGES, DXF or DWG formats.

LASER CUTTING
Our state of the art facilities, combined with the latest laser cutting technology and our determination to succeed enables us to give our customers a competitive advantage. Our laser division has the advantage of 'lights out' manufacturing which allows us to run our laser machines at large volume runs in a completely unmanned environment. As a result, lower costs are passed on to our customers.

BENDING
We have the added ability of bending your laser cut parts in house. Our Press Brake department is synonymous with accurate, flexible, efficient and effective part bending of up to 3,000m in length.

FABRICATION AND ASSEMBLY
After your parts have been designed, laser cut and folded, Express Metal Productsalso have the capacity for additional processes to deliver the customer the full advantage of not having to outsourse or deal with multiple companies for the one end result. Including MIG and TIG welding, spot welding, nut insertion including clinch and rivnuts and component assembly.

FINISHING
The final stage in any component manufacturing process is the finishing. At Express Metal Products we work closely with top sub-contractors in their fields to obtain the finished results to match our customers' expectations. These services include galvanising, powdercoating and polishing.

TUBE PUNCHING
Our Tube Punching machines can be programmed to punch and notch distortion-free hole patterns in various shapes of tubing and extrusions and is able to punch four faces of any profile in one pass. Applications have ranged from automotive airbag fil tubes to display rack tubing, fence posts, appliance burner tubes, manifold tubes, gas grill frames, video screen frames, heat exchanger tubes, office furniture and in many other forms. Tube lengths vary from 500 to 6000mm and up to 3mm in wall thickness.
